Waterjet cutting can be faster and more precise than many other types of cutting. Waterjet cutting also has the advantage of cutting through 5 axis which allows us to cut complicated shapes.

Our water jet can cut to an accuracy of 0.01mm

We can cut upto 200mm in thickness depending on the material.

Some of the most popular are Natural Stone, technical stone and quartz, ceramics, metal, glass, composites and rubber, plus many more materials. Please call to discuss your requirements.

We have a digital templating service if required.

We have a large warehouse with 100’s of different materials available, if we do not stock it we can source it. We also have a dedicated team who can install if required. This service is available on request and subject to the project requirements.

We can produce DWG and DXF files and supply technical drawings if required. The fastest and most cost-effective way is to supply us with a DXF file. We can also work from drawings and piceture if required. We are here to help.

We have a 5 axis Intermac Prima water jet, Donatoni Jet Bridge Saw and a Intermac Master 30 CNC workstation

Please allow 5 to 10 working days as a normal cutting time, however we can produce jobs urgently if required. Please call with your requirements. We will always work to achieve your deadlines.

All jobs are priced individually. If you can send a drawing or email your requirements, we can price your project for you. Waterjet cutting is an economical way of achieving complicated cutting shapes.
